📦 When Will You Receive Your CustomJamz Products?

Shipping Policy

  • Items typically ship 7-10 business days after proof approval. During busy season (October-January), items may ship 10-12 days after proof approval.

  • If you'd like to pay for expedited shipping, please follow these steps. At checkout, please select Economy Shipping. Then, contact us to request an expedited upgrade. We’ll confirm the available options and send an invoice for the additional shipping cost. Once payment is received, we’ll process your order with the upgraded shipping speed.                   

  • We typically ship your entire order together once everything is ready, unless place separate orders through our website.

  • We are not responsible for missing packages, packages delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer error, or packages that are delivered to an incorrect address due to mistakes made by the post office.

Customer Pickup Policy-Porch Pickup is only available on select merchandise.

  • Pickup Location:
    Orders may be picked up at our designated location, which will be communicated once your item is ready for pickup.
    Please note: This is a private pickup location and not a retail storefront.
  • Pickup Hours:
    Pickup is available by appointment only on the first week of the month and the last week of the month. We will notify you via email or text once your order is ready and provide instructions to schedule your pickup time.
    Please do not arrive without a confirmed pickup time.
  • Order Readiness:

You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow 10-12 business days for order processing. We will not accommodate same-day pickups unless otherwise arranged in advance.

PORCH PICKUP IS NOT ALWAYS THE FASTEST OPTION,AS WE ONLY PICK ITEMS UP FROM OUR PRINTER TWO TIMES A MONTH.

  • How Pickup Works:

    • Once your pickup is scheduled, you’ll receive instructions for where and how to retrieve your order.

    • We’ll leave your package in a secure spot for you to grab at the agreed-upon time.

Returns/Exchanges:
Pickup orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as shipped orders. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details
