🚫 No Returns on Personalized Products

Once we start producing your personalized items, they’re yours to keep. We’re unable to accept returns on custom orders after they have been printed.

✂️ Need to Cancel a Personalized Order?

Changed your mind? Contact us at customjamzstl@gmail.com as soon as possible! If your personalized order hasn’t entered into the design process, we’re happy to cancel it and issue a refund. Once design starts, we can no longer cancel the order.

🖼️ Proofs and Revisions

We want your custom items to be perfect! That’s why we offer up to 2 rounds of proofs for personalized designs.

• Need additional changes after the second proof?

  • No problem — but please note that each extra proof will incur a $10 fee.
